Data sources for the register
Frends receives information from the registrant himself, and from public or paid marketing registry or search services to perform his duties. Public registers may also be entered in the registers of persons for whom Frends is seeking to establish a customer or employment relationship or Frends is in the process of establishing a customer relationship. In addition, Frends shall have the right, subject to the provisions on confidentiality, to obtain from authorities and public officials the information necessary for the performance of its duties.
Retention period of personal data
Frends will process personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy for as long as is necessary and necessary for the purposes for which it was originally collected. The shelf life is either two years or until the person cancels the order.

i. Access to Your Personal Information - This means that you have the right to request a record of how Frends processes your personal information. Processing shall be limited to the period during which the controller ensures the accuracy of the information.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data based on a legitimate interest (Article 21). If you object to the processing of your data, Frends will continue to process personal data only if there are legitimate grounds for such processing.
If you are not satisfied with the way Frends handles your personal data, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority or other supervisory authority that controls the processing of personal data in companies.

Frends reserves the right to update its privacy policy from time to time. Frends will notify you of any changes within a reasonable period of time.
