We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who will own the entire user experience of Frends iPaaS. 📝 What You´ll Do?

• Oversee the UX design strategy for the Frends platform, ensuring it meets the needs of technical and business users alike.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to integrate user-centered design into every stage of the feature development process.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand customer needs, pain points, and workflows. 

• Design intuitive interfaces and workflows for dashboards, automation pipelines, and API management tools. 

• Maintain and evolve a consistent visual and UX design system that aligns with the Frends brand identity. 

• Champion accessibility and usability best practices to ensure our platform is inclusive and easy to use.

💡 What You Bring

Domain Knowledge: 

• Deep understanding of iPaaS, SaaS, B2B integrations, APIs, and enterprise workflows.

Design Expertise: 

• 5+ years of experience in UX or Product design

• Strong portfolio showcasing user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. 

• Experience with complex UI patterns like drag-and-drop tools, dashboards, and error handling workflows. 

• Mastery of tools such as Figma, InVision, and other design/prototyping tools. 

Analytical Skills: 

• Data-driven design mindset with the ability to analyze user feedback, metrics, and usability testing results.

Collaboration & Communication: 

• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• The start is flexible according to your situation.

• The role requires professional written and spoken English.

• We prefer locations near our Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden as we would like you to visit the office from time to time.

• Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions (digital and live). To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, CTO, and Head of Product. Portfolio and reference checks are also included in our process.
