Technical Documentation & Integration Solutions Advocate
At Frends iPaaS, we’re on a mission to make integrations fast, easy, and transparent. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a new role Technical Documentation & Integration Solutions Advocate to take ownership of our documentation, training materials, and developer advocacy.
If you're passionate about integrations, enjoy creating technical content, and thrive in community engagement, this role is for you. You'll play a key role in improving our learning platforms, engaging with developers, and creating technical resources that help users succeed with Frends.
📝 What You’ll Do
Own & Elevate Frends Documentation & Learning
- Keep docs.frends.com up to date with clear, practical, and well-structured how-to guides.
- Develop and enhance training courses and materials on academy.frends.com to improve onboarding and skill-building.
- Take full ownership of docs.frends.com and academy.frends.com, making them the go-to learning resources for Frends users.
Create Sample Integrations & Learning Resources
- Develop real-world integration examples showcasing Frends’ capabilities.
- Build code snippets, templates, and sample workflows for users to learn from.
- Create best-practice guides and tutorials to help users get started quickly.
Lead Developer Advocacy & Community Engagement
- Be an active advocate in the upcoming Frends Community, answering questions and sharing best practices.
- Engage in external developer platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, G2) to support users and promote Frends.
- Work closely with Product, R&D, and UX team to bring community feedback into product improvements.
Enhance User Onboarding & Training
- Update and create Intercom product tours to improve onboarding and training.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training content is effective and user-friendly.
💡 What You Bring
- Technical Proficiency – You have some experience using some integration platform and API-based automation. C# knowledge is a strong plus.

Technical Writing Skills – You can create clear, engaging technical content, preferably in B-t-B SaaS or iPaaS environment.
- Hands-On & Proactive – You take ownership of documentation, learning platforms, and community initiatives.
- Developer-Focused & Community-Oriented – You enjoy engaging with developers, sharing knowledge, and fostering technical discussions.
- Experience Creating Sample Integrations – You can build API-based integrations and automation workflows for learning purposes.
- Collaborative & Independent – You work well with developers, product managers, and UX teams, but also take initiative independently.
- Fluency in English – Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating and sharing technical content.
🌍 Location: Preferably Sweden or Finland, with the ability to visit our Stockholm or Espoo office regularly.
