💡 The Opportunity
In this pivotal role, your primary focus will be growing our customer base and forging strategic partnerships for Frends iPaaS in the DACH market. Collaborating with our experienced team, you’ll also nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring their solutions evolve and deliver even greater value. You will be reporting directly to Frends CRO.
This is a unique chance to make a real impact, working directly with pre-sales architects and other Frends experts to craft solutions that meet customer needs.

- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the DACH region to acquire new customers and build strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with pre-sales architects and experts to design and present tailored integration solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering success and advocacy for Frends iPaaS.
- Drive consistent growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with team support.
- Represent Frends at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings to strengthen our presence.

📝 The skill set
- understanding of integration technology, familiarity with SaaS or PaaS solutions, ideally also iPaaS, and curiosity toward technical solutions
- +7years of proven track record of proactive solution selling SaaS or PaaS solutions to new customers together with a presales support
- strong new business sales orientation and customer-centric thinking
- market knowledge from the DACH region
- adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support your sales cycle
- superb listening skills: You must understand and empathize with our customers/prospects' pain points with a solution and value-based mindset
- as a person: proactive, strong communication skills, goal-oriented, committed, flexible, and responsible, enjoying the low hierarchy culture, and most importantly, willing to work in fast-paced situations in a dynamic IT company with an enthusiastic attitude
The role requires fluent/native German and professional English (both verbally and in writing) and living in Germany with a work permit.

Additional Information
- The start is flexible according to your situation, and we offer a permanent, full-time position.
- Frends doesn´t have an office in Germany, so the work will be done remotely, but you can visit our Stockholm office when you prefer to meet the supervisor and team. Frends HQ is in Finland, so some professionals who will support you will also be there.
- Occasionally, traveling is required to meet customers and teams and attend events.
- Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions. To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, and CRO. Reference checks are also included in our process.
