Frends is growing, and we are strengthening our Frends Sweden team. As a result, we´re looking for a new Technical Service Delivery Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for services as agreed with the different customers, cooperation, daily operations, development, and customer satisfaction together with our experts. You will be working in close cooperation with our customers and Frends teams. The ideal candidate will already have work experience in the IT sector and great skills as the conductor of customer relations.
The number of clients and projects depends on the scope of the client's services. We serve a wide variety of clients in both the private and public sectors and various industries, so the projects vary in content, duration, and industry. Everyday life is varied and versatile.
The work includes, among other things, customer communication, various meetings both internally and with customers, project planning and definition, resourcing and work planning, and reporting. The work requires quick reaction to changing situations and strong cooperation skills, technical know-how, and understanding.

🧐 We expect
- insight into the implementation of integration projects and/or software projects
- an understanding of what happens under the hood also from a technical point of view (e.g. coding and specification.) In an ideal situation, you have already participated in the specification and planning of projects yourself
- experience in IT services related to IT solutions and needs for various life-cycle stages
- experience in agile project management methods and making everyday life run smoothly in accordance with the best practices
- technical education
- professional Swedish and English and living in Sweden
