We organize internal and external training sessions on various interesting subjects and utilize online training platforms. There is a possibility of completing relevant certifications, and we also have Frends Academy, where our people can learn through tailored courses and get certified by Frends.
Development paths are planned together with the team lead. We also offer several digital channels where people can ask for advice, share ideas, and learn from each other. Our culture is all about openness, collaboration, and helping one another succeed.

Our active culture and sports club organizes a wide variety of activities. In the past, we’ve participated in a variety of activities, including padel courses, biking parks, shooting, climbing, and even opera - you name it! Weekly, we offer circuit training, padel, and floorball. New ideas and suggestions from employees are always welcome!
