Job roles and career development
We primarily believe in learning alongside work. It’s pointless to take courses if you can’t put those new skills to use. That is why we strive to ensure that everyone works with different customers and access other technologies for working with their customers.
We organize internal and external training on different interesting subjects and use online training platforms. There is a possibility to complete relevant certifications and we also have Frends Academy where our people can learn via tailored courses and get certified by Frends. For students, we also offer a study bonus.
Development paths will be discussed with the supervisor. We also have several digital channels where people can ask for advice on their concerns. In our culture, people share information and help each other.
Well-being at work and in leisure
Meaningful work motivates our employees. In addition, there must be good working conditions and equipment, as well as a suitable counterbalance. Open and relaxed working culture and nice colleagues make everyday life meaningful.
As a counterbalance to work, we offer for example lunch-, sports-, culture, well-being- and commuting benefits, sports and culture club, gym, bike benefit, massage in the office, phone benefit, extensive occupational health services, and extended sickness insurance.
Community is important to us, and we also spend time together in cultural and sporting activities weekly, monthly after-parties and morning breakfasts, sauna events, team nights, company-wide events, and family events.
We have our active culture and sports club which arranges different activities. We have been for example in padel course, bikepark, shooting, climbing, opera - you name it. Golf tournament is arranged also every year. Weekly we have circuit, padel and floorball. New wishes are also always welcome.
We have a family-friendly culture and we want to support families in different ways. For families with children, we try to make daily life easier by organizing children's camps when schools and daycare centers are closed.
