We’re looking for a new results-driven senior sales professional to join rapidly growing Frends and play a vital role in shaping our growth in the Finnish market.
In this role, your main responsibility is to create new customers for our integration platform, Frends eiPaaS. We promise you full support from Frends sales organization and technical experts. At Frends, we have a low hierarchy and little bureaucracy, and we trust our people and give them space to operate. Of course, we expect results.

📝 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Executive, you will focus on new business acquisition. You will be at the forefront of our continued expansion in Finland, working with a proven product, strong customer references, and an experienced team, including technical solution architects, to help you succeed.
✔ Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing, driving new customer acquisition
✔ Expand our footprint in Finland – Work strategically to grow our presence and maximize revenue potential
✔ Close high-value deals – Engage with CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders to build strong business cases
✔ Develop and execute a winning sales strategy – Create a clear territory plan and exceed revenue targets
✔ Leverage top-tier SaaS sales methodologies – Apply MEDDIC, Challenger, and value-based selling to drive deal success
✔ Collaborate with Pre-Sales – Work with technical experts to deliver the best possible solutions for customers

📝 What you bring
- Strong B2B SaaS / Software solution sales expertise – with a 5+ year track record of success in Saas/PaaS new business acquisition, you know how to sell value, navigate complex sales cycles, and influence key IT decision-makers
- Ability to build pipeline & close deals – You take full ownership of your territory and prospecting strategy
- Knowledge & curiosity towards technical solutions – understanding of integration technology, familiarity with SaaS/PaaS solutions, ideally also iPaaS
- Fluent in high-impact SaaS sales methodologies – Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales, or similar
- Great communication & negotiation skills – You can confidently handle high-stakes sales conversations and adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support your sales cycle
- Superb listening skills – You must understand and empathize with our customers/prospects' pain points with a solution and value-based mindset
🌍 Language & Location: The role requires fluent/native Finnish and professional English (both verbally and in writing), as well as living in Finland with a work permit. We support hybrid work mode but also require visiting our Espoo office on a weekly/monthly basis. Occasionally, traveling is needed to meet customers and teams and attend events.

- The start will be after the summer holidays and is flexible according to your situation.
- We offer a permanent, full-time position.
- The position will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
- You will be reporting to the Head of Sales, Frends Finland.
- Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions. To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, Finland Head of Sales, and CRO. Reference checks are also included.
