We’re looking for a new results-driven sales professional to join rapidly growing Frends and play a vital role in shaping our growth in the Finnish market.
In this role, your main responsibility is to create new customers for our integration platform, Frends eiPaaS. We promise you full support from Frends sales organization and technical experts. At Frends, we have a low hierarchy and little bureaucracy, and we trust our people and give them space to operate. Of course, we expect results.
Frends iPaaS is our own modern, low-code integration platform. Frends solves the digitalization challenges of both global and smaller customers and in both private and public sectors in various industries. Frends is recognized in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Integration Platform as a Service, Worldwide. 📝 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pipeline generation to acquire new customers and build strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with pre-sales architects and experts to design and present tailored integration solutions.
- Drive consistent growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with team support.
- Represent Frends at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings to strengthen our presence.

📝 The skill set
- understanding of integration technology, familiarity with SaaS/PaaS solutions, ideally also iPaaS, and curiosity toward technical solutions
- +4 years of proven track record of proactive B-t-B solution selling SaaS/PaaS solutions to new customers together with presales support
- sales experience from the public sector is a big plus for us, but not mandatory
- strong new business sales orientation and customer-centric thinking
- adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support your sales cycle
- superb listening skills: You must understand and empathize with our customers/prospects' pain points with a solution and value-based mindset
- as a person: proactive, strong communication skills, goal-oriented, committed, flexible, and responsible, enjoying the low hierarchy culture, and most importantly, willing to work in fast-paced situations in a dynamic IT company with an enthusiastic attitude
The role requires fluent/native Finnish and professional English (both verbally and in writing), as well as living in Finland with a work permit. We support hybrid work mode but also require visiting our Espoo office on a weekly/monthly basis. Occasionally, traveling is needed to meet customers and teams and attend events.

Additional Information
- The start is flexible according to your situation, and we offer a permanent, full-time position.
- The position will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
- You will be reporting to the Head of Sales, Frends Finland.
- Our recruitment process includes three to four discussions. To ensure a smooth and informative process, you will meet at least our People Integrator, Finland Head of Sales, and CRO. Reference checks are also included.
